About Alice

Alice Rhodes is a union activist and community organizer at heart. After spending ten years in Cleveland she has now made Chicago her permanent home. She is a strategist and leader in community outreach and communication. In her young career she has amassed great knowledge and experience learned from working on large organizing campaigns with up to 40,000 employees. One of Alice's strongest attributes is her ability to not only lead a team but also build industry-leading teams and develop a clear vision.

Her consistent volunteerism and memberships with numerous non-profit organizations has enabled her to be in-tune with the communities she works with.  This commitment has formed her reputation among colleagues and constituents as impenetrable.
